Service delivery policy

What you receive

A paid subscription gives you access to the YathraBook application: unlimited trip and expense records, invoice generation as PDFs on your device, cloud backup and sync of those records, and support. The subscription is a licence to use the Service for the billing period, described in full in our terms and conditions.

When access is delivered

• The free trial is activated the moment you finish creating your account. There is nothing to pay and nothing to wait for.
• A paid subscription is activated immediately on successful payment, normally within a minute or two of the payment being confirmed by Razorpay.
• Renewals are applied automatically at the start of each billing period, so there is no interruption to your access.
• If a renewal payment is still being confirmed at the moment your period ends, we keep your access open during a short grace period rather than locking you out while a payment is in flight.

Activation is confirmed by the payment provider notifying us directly, not by your browser returning from the payment page. So if your connection drops on the way back from Razorpay, your subscription still activates. Just reopen the app.

How it is delivered

• Through the app you are already signed in to. The paid features simply become available on your existing account.
• On the web at app.yathrabook.com, in any modern browser, on a phone, tablet or computer, and installable to your home screen on Android, iPhone, iPad and the desktop.
• Later, as an Android app on Google Play. That will be an additional way in, not a requirement: everything you pay for is already delivered through the browser.
• There is no separate download to buy, no licence key to enter, no activation code and no email attachment to wait for.
• A payment receipt is sent by the payment provider to the contact details on your account, and your subscription status is always visible inside the app.

Where we deliver

YathraBook is sold to customers in India and billed in Indian Rupees. The application itself works anywhere with a phone, and the core recording and invoicing flows work with no network at all.

If your access does not activate

This is rare, and it is on us to fix. Close the app and reopen it first, since activation can take a minute to reach your device. If the paid features are still not showing, write to support@yathrabook.com with your registered mobile number and the payment reference.

• We reply within one working day, and usually much faster.
• If we cannot restore your access, we refund the charge in full under our refund policy.
• You will never be charged for a period during which we failed to deliver the Service to you.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are covered by our pricing, cancellation and refund policy. In short: cancel at any time from inside the app, keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and get a full refund for any duplicate, post-cancellation or failed-delivery charge.
