Questions we get asked
Can I bill one company for a whole month of trips?
Yes. Save the company in the customer book, record each trip against it, and every invoice for that account is listed together, with the unpaid ones marked.
Can my drivers use it on their own phones?
YathraBook is one account per driver or operator today. Many small operators record from the office phone at the end of each shift; a multi-driver account is not available yet.
Can I see expenses for each vehicle?
Yes. Log fuel, service, insurance and permit costs as they happen, and the finance screen shows revenue, expenses and what is left.
