Questions we get asked
Will an office in Technopark accept a bill made on a phone?
Yes, when it carries what a finance desk checks: a running bill number, your name and vehicle number, the date, the route, the fare split and the total. Add your GSTIN in Settings if you are registered and it prints on every bill.
Can I bill a family who books me every day for a week?
Yes. Save them once in the customer book and record each day as you run it. When they settle, the trips are listed against their name with the unpaid ones marked.
Does it work at the airport before dawn with no data left?
Yes. The trip and the invoice are made on the phone itself, so an exhausted data pack or a dead signal changes nothing. The backup happens by itself later.
