Can I add a waiting charge to a bill?

Yes. Waiting charge is a field on the trip screen alongside toll, parking and night allowance, and it appears as its own line on the invoice.

Can I bill a company monthly instead of per trip?

Yes. Record each trip against the company in the customer book. The invoices stay grouped under that account, and the unpaid ones are flagged until settled.

Is the app only for Kerala drivers?

No. It is built in Kerala and used anywhere in India. The fare fields, the rupee formats and the GST option are the same wherever you drive.
